Here at High Desert Community Integration,
we believe in the importance of inclusion to help individuals with disabilities integrate into the community by creating and providing opportunities to develop a strong community presence, while enhancing foundational life skills and promoting independence.

High Desert Community Integration CIT program was developed around five basic principles:
1.Individual Purpose
Our goal is to ensure each individual knows they have a purpose and we want to help identify and help manifest that purpose in each consumer's life.
2.Community Involvement
● Individual’s will be treated with dignity & respect

HDCI CIT Program is designed around Person-centered thinking and planning. We will offer individualized service plans based on each individualized need. We will assist each individual with individualized person-centered goals resulting in each individual becoming more independent; by creating opportunities to work, volunteer, train, and intern in the community.
